How it works
- Email us within 45 days of delivery. Write to [email protected] with your order number.
- Get your returns number. We reply with a returns number, the return address and instructions. All returns go to our UK facility. Please wait for the returns number before sending anything.
- Send it back. Return postage is paid by you, as your original delivery was free. From the US that is typically around $20 and about 5 days by USPS if it is packed sensibly.
- Get your refund. Once it arrives, we refund the price you paid for the stimulator to your original payment method, normally within 10 working days.

The fine print, in plain English
Once per customer. The trial is there so you can try vagus nerve stimulation without risk, so it is available once per customer, for one stimulator. It does not apply to later stimulator purchases, including one bought after a trial return.
Reasonable condition. Please send the stimulator back in reasonable condition.
Free Tones. If your stimulator came with a free Tone, that Tone is removed from your account when the stimulator is refunded.
Return postage. We do not provide return labels or cover return postage, and it is not refunded.
Faulty is different. If something is wrong with your stimulator, that is a warranty matter, not a trial return. Every stimulator has a two-year warranty, and if it turns out to be faulty we repair or replace it and refund your postage. See Vagally Reasonable for how we handle that.
The money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights, and does not affect them.

Why 45 days?
Vagus nerve stimulation is a habit rather than a switch. 45 days gives you time to build a routine, try different times of day and settings, and find out properly whether it helps you.
Does the 45 days start when I order?
No. It starts on the day your stimulator is delivered, so shipping time does not eat into your trial.
Do you provide a return shipping label?
No. Return postage is your responsibility. From the US it is about $20 by USPS.
Can I return ear clips, electrodes or gel?
Not under the money-back guarantee, which covers stimulators only. Your statutory rights still apply, and are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
What about Tones?
