Do I need conductive paste, or is it optional?

Conductive paste is not strictly required, but it makes a noticeable difference to comfort and effectiveness. The paste improves the electrical contact between the clip electrodes and your skin, which means you can use a lower intensity setting and still get the same stimulation.

Many customers find that sessions feel smoother and more comfortable with paste, especially during longer sessions. A small amount applied to each electrode before clipping on is all you need. One pot typically lasts 2 to 3 months of daily use.

How long do ear clips last before needing replacement?

With regular daily use, most ear clips last 3 to 6 months before the silicone electrodes begin to wear. You will notice reduced conductivity or a less comfortable fit when it is time to replace. We recommend keeping a spare on hand so your routine is never interrupted.

To extend the life of your clip, rinse the electrodes gently with warm water after each session and allow them to air dry. Avoid pulling on the wire - disconnect by gripping the jack plug, not the cable.

Which clip type do I need for my device?

Our wired tragus clips (with the 2.5mm jack) are designed for the tVNS Stimulator, the Research Edition, and the Vagal Oh!. These devices all use a 2.5mm audio-style socket.

The wireless tENS ear clips (no wire, dual banana pin connectors) are designed for use with the Vagal Boost and any standard tENS/TENS machine that uses 2.0mm or 2.5mm banana pin connections.

How do I use tENS Ear Clips?

Position the tENS Ear Clips on the tragus or cymba conchae where the vagus nerve is accessible. Ensure the area is clean and slightly moist or use a conductive paste for better electrical contact. Attach the clips securely and connect to your tENS device. Start with a low stimulation level and gradually increase to your comfort level. Most users begin with 15-minute sessions.

Vagus Nerve tens excellent option for pain relief

Worked perfectly with my tens unit. Just plug in and start it up. Comes with additional tips to choose from and instructions on how to use for vague nerve issues. It was hard to find one like this and glad I found one that works.

So far so good . Clips work my tension 7000 electrodes

Clips seem to work with my tens 7000 unit electrodes . Goal to stimulate vagus nerve. Attached to my left tragus but felt very anxious afterwards & left side head felt weird I must of used too much HZ. Only need 25hz for this. Anyone else have this happen?

These work great

Using with a TENS 7000 and really happy with these. I like that they also fit to the concha because I can't get clips to stay on my tragus. Also good to have a couple extras in case I lose one.. Contact is good enough for the stimulation I need. The pictures on the instructions aren't super clear so I had to look up pics online to clarify cymba vs cavum concha placement. Happy with purchase.
